Steps

Cut brinjals in to round pieces with the skin.

Add gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, hing, carom seeds, turmeric powder in a mixing bowl.

Add enough water and make a batter.
- 4
Sprinkle some salt on brinjals pieces.
- 5
Dip in gram flour batter.
- 6
Heat oil in a wok, add brinjals pieces and deep fried till golden in colour.

Serve with your favorite chutney / sauce.
