Ingredients

  1. 1.razma-3/4cup,
  2. 2.salt -to taste
  3. 3.whole Garamasala (1big cardmom,1green cardmom,cloves,1inch cinemon stick,etc)
  4. 4.garammasala powder 1tspn
  5. 5lemmon juice 1/2tspn
  6. 6, cashewnuts powder 2tspn
  7. 7ginger garlic paste 1/2tspn
  8. 8Green chilly paste-1 /2tspn
  9. 9caremalised onion paste 1-1/2tspn
  10. 10. Finely chopped onion n corriender leaves1 tbspn each
  11. 11. Chat masala 1/2tspn
  12. 12.. Astofodia-a pinch
  13. 13oil or ghee for frying
  14. 14. Finely chopped nuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak razma(kidney beans)at lea 8 hrs.wash &boil it along with whole Garamasala,salt&assofodia.

  2. 2

    Mash or grind the razma.

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients in razma mix, mix well.grase ur palm with the help of water or oil shape it just like tikki,.Shallow fry it in pan.serve hot with lemmon onion Julian's and chapati green chutney.
