Ingredients

  • 1 cuppoha washed
  • 2boiled potatoes
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 cupvegetables (carrot,cabbage,capsicum,peas)
  • 2 tbspcorn
  • 2 tbsppaneer
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspgreen chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspGarlic paste (optional)
  • 3-4curry leaves
  • 1 tbspcoriander leaves
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1/2 cupvermicelli
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tspcorn flour/maida

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a kadai add Oil, curry leaves and all veggies,saute till soft

  2. 2

    Now add all the masalas now add poha, boiled and mashed potatoes, paneer,coriander leaves mix it well.

  3. 3

    Now make the shape of cutlet and now make a slurry(cornflour+namak+water) now dip the kabab in the slurry cover it with vermicelli and deep fry till crisp.. enjoy..
