  1. 1medium fish
  2. 2ripe tomatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. Cooking oil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    1.melt the cooking oil,put the sliced onions in the sufuria

  2. 2

    Add a little salt till the onion turns brown

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes,stir for like five minutes

  4. 4

    Add fried fish and half cup of water.

  5. 5

    Let it boil for 10 minutes then serve with ugali or rice while hot
