Heat oil in a pan add nigella seeds and green chilli paste

Add gourd and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Cover till it is nicely cooked

Now add all the masalas and saute well

As the water dries up and everything get combined well,add sugar mix well and remove from heat

Serve it with rice or any kind of flat breads
