Ingredients

  1. 4-5bread slices cut into triangles
  2. 1 cupbesan
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1tomato chopped
  5. 2green chillies chopped
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 cupchopped coriander leaves
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tsphaldi
  10. 1egg beaten (optinal)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl combine except bread slices combine all the ingredients with little bit of water & make thick batter. (Not to flowy)

  2. 2

    Now apply this paste on bread slices only on 1 side

  3. 3

    Heat a tawa. Add a spoonful of oil & shallow fry the bread slices until golden On both sides

  4. 4

    Serve hot with ketchup and green chtney
