Ingredients

  • 1 cupyellow moong dal
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the dal for 2hours

  2. 2

    Strain and grind it

  3. 3

    Mix salt.pepper and hing

  4. 4

    Beat with hands till fluffy

  5. 5

    Heat oil and make small balls and fry them

  6. 6

    Serve with chutney and raddish lacha.
