Ingredients

  • 2Boiled and mashed potato
  • 100 gm Mashed paneer
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 70 gmGrated Mawa or khoya
  • 1 tsp Kasuri methi
  • 1 tbspGreen chilli and ginger grated
  • 1 tsp Chopped almond
  • 1 tbspPomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala powder
  • 1/2 tspGreen cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tspMace powder
  • 1/4 tspNutmeg powder
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 1/2 tspCumin powder
  • Oil for frying

Steps

    Take a bowl mix all ingredients

    Wet some wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.

    Now wrapping it's around the wet skewers.

    And put kebab on hot oil and fry them till golden brown.
