Take all ingredients in a bowl and mix it well.

Shape the tikkies in to round and make small dent in the center with your thumb to form the best shapes

Dip the best in a thin batter made with flour and water and coat in vermicelli

Tikkies should look like a nest

Cheese nest for 20-25 min in freeze

Now heat kadai and deep fry nest till golden.

For the paneer eggs,mix the paneer,cheese,salt and pepper.

Shape in to small egg perfectly round shapes.

Deep fry in hot oil for 25 sec.

Assembly take the birds nest

Add a green chutney in the centre,add fresh coriander leaves and small eggs.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup and garlic chutney....enjoy
