Ingredients

  1. 1 kgbeef stewing pieces
  2. 2 cubesbeef stock
  3. 2tomatoes, chopped
  4. 1onion, chopped
  5. 1green pepper, chopped
  6. 2potatoes, chopped
  7. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  8. 1 litrewater
  9. 1 tspbarbecue spice
  10. 1/2 tsprajah curry powder
  11. 2 tbspsoil

Steps

2 hours
  1. 1

    Mix beef with garlic and onion bring to boil on a medium heat stir keep adding pinch of water

  2. 2

    Add barbecue spice and beef stock

  3. 3

    When almost cooked add chopped tomatoes,potatoes and oil fry

  4. 4

    Add green pepper and simmer for 15 minutes serve with cucumber salad and enjoy
