Crunchy and Soft mouth melting Snacks.
Steps

Take 1 cup rice flour, two cups water, Chilli powder, cumin seeds,turmeric powder,hing, curry leaves and sufficient salt into a pan and mix it well.

After mixing, place the pan on stove. At slow heat stir the mixture continuously until it forms a dough.

After it cools down, knead the dough well. Grease hands with little oil and form small balls. Roll the balls with sesame seeds and prepare chegodi.

Now the chegodi are ready to swim in deep fry.

Crispy and crunchy chegodi ready to serve..
