A famous Indian dessert made from paste of finely grounded soaked rice and later cooked in milk with various flavourings till thick & creamy.
Steps

First soak the rice into the water for around 25 mins.

After that drain the rice and finely coarse them to a fine paste.

Now in a container take full cream milk and start reducing it.

In between keep stirring the milk to avoid it from sticking to bottom.

Now add the finely coarse rice paste to milk and stir continuously to avoid the formation of lumps.

Boil milk till rice get cooked and mixture get thicken. Meanwhile add saffron milk and sugar to mixture and keep stirring.

Add milkmaid to get creamy and rich flavor.

Add cardomum powder and mix it.

Finally stop cooking as soon as achieved required creamy consistency. And allow it to chill in fridge.

Serve in kulaad garnished with finely chopped nuts on top and a rose petal.
