Soak the dry dates/Chuaare in rose water and water overnight

Once they are soaked they will be all puffed up

Deseed the dates. Just slit the date and remove the seed. Do not cut it open completely

Take the khoya, sugar and nuts

Mix everything well
- 6
Fill the stuffing in between the date
- 7
Roll the date in sliced pistachio
- 8
This is a Ramadan speciality. We use this date to open our fast.
