Deep Fried Banana Wrapped with Rice Paper

Ingredients

2 person
  1. 1banana
  2. 3 sheetsRice paper for spring roll
  3. 1egg
  4. Breadcrumbs to cover the rolls
  5. Frying Oil
  6. to tasteSugar
  7. to tasteCinnamon

Cooking Instructions

    Cut bananas.

  2. 2

    Fill bowl with warm water. Dip rice papers in water for 10 seconds and make them soften.

  3. 3

    Place banana on bottom third of rice paper, bring the lower edge up, fold in the two sides and roll it up tightly.

    Crack an egg into the bowl, beat it and dip the rolls. Add breadcrumbs to cover.

  5. 5

    Heat up the frying oil to 180℃. Carefully put the rolls into the oil when it’s heated. Fry until golden and crispy!!

    Add some sugar and cinnamon to taste. Serve hot!
