Steps

Soak murmura in water for 1 or 2 minutes

Heat oil add mustard seed when crackle add hing and onion saute for a minute and add tomato saute for some time

Add ginger chilli paste and salt now add wet murmura

After 1 minute switch off the gas

Murmura khichdi is ready

You can use capsicum too
