  2. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  3. 2potatoes, chopped
  4. 2tomatoes, chopped
  5. 1onion, chopped
  6. 1carrot, peeled and chopped
  7. 1 litrewater
  8. 1 cubebeef stock
  9. 1 tspchicken spice
  10. 1 tsprajah curry powder

    Mix garlic and beef stock and spices leave to rest for 5 minutes

    Add onion and chopped carrots

  3. 3

    Add chopped tomatoes and potatoes

    Cook in low heat until well done
