It's mango season, and we have a lot of mangoes at home that we can't eat fast enough. They ripen quickly, so let's find a way to preserve them! 🤗

Peel and use only the ripe mango flesh.

Blend the mango flesh with cream until smooth and creamy, but not too runny.

Pour into a container, cover, and freeze.
- 4
Remove from the freezer, blend again, and refreeze. Repeat every 6 hours, a total of 3 times, to achieve a smooth texture. Then scoop and serve.
