  1. 10 piecesarrows roots
  2. Water
  3. Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the arrow roots thoroughly.

  2. 2

    Place them in a pot with enough water.

  3. 3

    Boil them for 40 minutes, till the skin peels off.

  4. 4

    Allow to completely cool & slice into pieces.

  5. 5

    Heat the oil in a deep frying pan & fry until crisp & crunchy.

  6. 6

    Serve while hot with ginger white tea.
