This is a kids' recipe. This is very yummy and healthy breakfast.
Steps

Chopped carrot, onion, green bell pepper, tomato and green chilli finely.

In the non stick pan heat oil and add onion and green chilies and saute them well.

When onion becomes translucent add tomato and mix them well.

When tomatoes are soft add the vegetables and mix them well. Also add boiled corn and mix them well.

When the vegetables are tendered add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper and chat masala. Mix them well.

When the spices are cooked well add tomato sauce and mix with them well.

After 5 minutes add chopped coriander and mix them. Switch off the gas. Stuff is ready.

Toast the bread in both sides with butter and fill one side with the stuff. Serve it hot.
