Ingredients

  1. 250 gsnow peas
  2. 250 gFrench beans
  3. 1leek
  4. Olive/vegetable oil
  5. 1 Tbspgaram masala
  6. PinchSalt

Steps

    Preheat oven to 220 degrees

  2. 2

    Chop the leek

  3. 3

    Place the snow peas, French beans and chopped leek on a baking tray. Ensure they are spread out.

  4. 4

    Drizzle oil, sprinkle salt and garam masala on the vegetables.

  5. 5

    Bake for 8-10 minutes until they are tender.

  6. 6

    Serve with rice.
