Ingredients

  • 1 cupwhole black Urad
  • 1/2 cupsoaked Rajma
  • 3onion finely chopped
  • 3tomato finely chopped
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tspdal makhni masala
  • As neededbutter
  • 3 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    In pressure cooker, add dal, rajma, and cook for 4..5 whistle.

  2. 2

    Open the lid check.it will be soft.

  3. 3

    Heat pan, add oil and then saute onion, garlic and tomato, add spice to taste and dal rakhni masala.

  4. 4

    Add boil dal rajma, simmer for 10 minutes and serve with butter.
