This cheela is a very simple yet very high in nutritional value. Our kids mostly dislike pulses so this is an interesting recipe to supplement the protein intake in them.. Yummy one indeed 😊
Steps

In a deep bowl take sooji and some water. Keep to rest for 5-10 minutes so that sooji becomes soft.

Now add sattu and besan in the bowl. Add water and mix properly to avoid lumps.

Add fine chopped onions, tomatoes and spinach. Mix

Add turmeric powder and salt to the mixture.

Heat a non stick pan and pour the batter with the help of a ladle.

Cook properly on both sides. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
