Steps

Choose juicy nimbus and wash it nicely. Dry them totally and then cut nimbus into 4 ya eight pieces.

Place nimbus in glass jar and add salt and haldi powder in the jar. Mix nicely all together and close the jar.

Now for a mnth every day toast this jar mixture and close it and place in dry place.

After a month the nimbu chilka will become soft, can press and feel. If not dein keep for 1 more week. Definitely it will become soft.

Once nimbu chilkas are soft, remove it in big container and add gud, lal mirch powder and jeera to the mixture.

Mix well nicely and again store in same glass jar.

Within 1 week the gud will totally dissolve and lal mirch powder will also be nicely mixed.

Now can consume this Aachar all year around without keeping it in fridge.

Nimbu ka Chatpata Aachar is ready.
