Steps

Blend the tomatoes & green pepper in a blender adding about 1/2 cup of water.

Fry the onions until golden brown.Add in the crushed ginger & garlic.

Add in your spices i.e parprika,beef cube,turmeric & black pepper

Stir the mixture for around 2 minutes and add in the chicken pieces

Mix everything together till everything is evenly distributed.

Add in the blended tomatoes & green pepper to the chicken adding in some salt to taste

Cover the cooking pot and let it simmer for approximately 20-30minutes stirring it occasionely till all the water in the chicken is finished

Once all the water is gone stir the chicken and add in the coconut milk.Let it simmer for 10min.

Cut a bunch of coriander to the chicken and give one last stir then serve with a starch of your choice.
