Homemade cheese cream recipe

Steps

Take 1 ltr milk in a heavy bottomed pan and bring it to boil.

Once the milk boils add lemon juice to curdle the milk little at a time and keep stir slowly.

After curdling the milk take a cotton cloth and strain.

Let it cool for 30min.

After 30min.add 1/2tsp salt and 1tbsp yogurt in a blender jar.

Give it spin and blend it till we get creamy texture.

Homemade cheese cream is ready. Freeze it.
