Mash the boiled potatoes.

Mix in finely chopped onion.

Add salt and chaat masala.

Add chopped cilantro and mix well.

Place the potato mixture on top of each papdi.

Arrange the prepared papdi in your lunchbox or on a plate.

Sprinkle sev on top.

You can also add your favorite chutney if you like.
