Sieve flour & salt rub in magarine

Disperse yeast in warm milk /water add caster sugar. Add this mixture to the flour

Mix well knead to smooth dough. Place in a basin covered with a damp of cloth & allow to proof till double in size. Knock back divide into two & roll out into 18 cm discs. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Sweat chopped onions and garlic until cooked. Add the puree, tomato paste, oregano, sugar. Bring to boil, simmer for 5 minutes. Dilute corn flour to water stir it to the tomato mixture and bring back to a boil.

Take disc of pizza dough and spread 125g of filling on each one

Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese or by the slices of cheese on top

Bake in hot oven at 180°c for 10 minutes. (PIZZA DOUGH CAN BE MADE TO RECTANGLES SO IT CAN BE SLICED INTO FINGERS FOR BUFFET WORK)
