Palak Beetroot Moong Dal Mangodi
Health is wealth, why not give makeover to age old recipes, so created this recipe. Which is vibrant and healthy.
Steps

Soak Moong dal for 2 hours, grind it to fine paste, divide equally to two parts.

Take 2 bowls, put equal paste into bowls. In one bowl add spinach green chillies 1 teaspoon jeera, 1 teaspoon garlic paste and salt.

In other bowl add Beetroot purée, red chilli paste, 1 tea spoongarlic paste, 1 teaspoon jeera and salt.

Mix them nicely, heat oil and fry them separately. Now serve them with green mint chutney and chilli sauce
