Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupSoaked moong dal
  • 2 table spoonPalak purée
  • 2 table spoonBeetroot purée
  • 2 tea spoonGarlic paste
  • 1 tea spoonRed chilli paste
  • 1 tea spoongreen chilli paste
  • as needed Oil to fry
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tea spoonjeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak Moong dal for 2 hours, grind it to fine paste, divide equally to two parts.

  2. 2

    Take 2 bowls, put equal paste into bowls. In one bowl add spinach green chillies 1 teaspoon jeera, 1 teaspoon garlic paste and salt.

  3. 3

    In other bowl add Beetroot purée, red chilli paste, 1 tea spoongarlic paste, 1 teaspoon jeera and salt.

  4. 4

    Mix them nicely, heat oil and fry them separately. Now serve them with green mint chutney and chilli sauce
