100 gbesan
2large onions
2Green chillies
leavesCoriander
as neededWhite oil
for garnishingTomatoes and cucumber
to tasteSalt

Steps

1

Mix together besan with water,chopped onions and chillies and salt to make a smooth batter.

Spread oil on a frying pan. Heat it and spread a scoop of batter on it.Lower the flame

When one side is done turn over and allow to get the other side cooked.

Repeat the process with other chillas with the remaining batter.
5

Garnish with tomato slices and cucumber s and serve.
