Heat the oil add cumin seed, mustard seed after crackles of seed then add green chillies, curry leaves saute for 20 sec then add boiled mash potato with,1/2 tsp red chilli powder and salt

Mix it well saute for 2-3 min in medium flame then squeeze half lemon juice mix it well together then add chopped coriander leaves then again mix it well together

Then make batter take one bowl add flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder eno,enough water for good batter and salt to taste mix it well together

Then take bread slices spread aloo masala on it then cut into piece like triangles

Then heat the pan add oil for frying after heat the oil

Then bread dip into batter then pour in the pan for fry

Fry from both the sides

After fry remove from the oil in a tissue paper

Serve hot with tomato sauce or green spicy chutney
