  • 4 sliceBread
  • 50 gmsButter
  • 50 gmsGrated processed cheese
  • 4Finely sliced garlic clove
  • 1/2 tspChilli flax

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat butter on a pan.

  2. 2

    Add garlic cloves and roast it.

  3. 3

    Roast the bread on the pan and spread the butter.

  4. 4

    On the top of the bread add roasted garlic.

  5. 5

    Spread grated cheese on it.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle some black pepper powder and cover the bread.

  7. 7

    Cook on a low flame till melt the cheese.

  8. 8

    Sprinkle some chilli flax and serve.
