In a pan boil 4 cups of water and bring it to boil. Add rice once boiled and let it cook until its mushy and sticky. (If needed add more water but don’t add too much.)

Add condensed milk and white chocolate and mix the pudding thoroughly.

Remove from heat and divide in two parts.

Add saffron water to one part and rose essence in another
- 5
Assemble in a serving bowl and garnish with pistachios and rose petals.
