Ingredients

  1. 500 gramspinach
  2. 1potato cubed
  3. 1/2brinjal sliced
  4. 1/4pumpkin cubed
  5. 3-4green chillies slitted
  6. 1 tablespoon mustard seed
  7. 1 teaspoonpoppy seed
  8. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. To tastesalt and sugar
  10. As neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the leaves and stem

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper five spices and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add the vegetables and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add the leaves and stem and saute cover it till it gets soft

  5. 5

    Prepare a paste of poppy seed and mustard seed

  6. 6

    Add it to the pan mix well adding sugar

  7. 7

    Serve it with plain rice
