Ingredients

2 to 3 hours
12 servings
  • 4 mugsbrown beans
  • 1 kgcow heels, cooked
  • 1large onion, chopped
  • 2tomatoes, chopped
  • 1large carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 4bay leaves
  • 1 spoonrajah curry powder
  • 1 tspdhanya spice
  • 1 sachetbenny spice
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 1large green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4cabbage, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Steps

2 to 3 hours
  1. 1

    Fry onion,garlic and rajah.then add chopped tomatoes fry for 3 mins

  2. 2

    Add chopped cabbage, dhanya spice then pour cooked beans in the pot

  3. 3

    Add benny spice, cooked cow heels, carrot and little water

    Add sliced green pepper and bay leaves simmer for 15 minutes and serve 😋😋

    Beans and cow heels are always cooked separate with salt
