Steps

Put 11/2 cup of water in a sauce pan,add salt,margarine,Onion and bring to boil.

Rinse the rice then add to the boiling water. Do simmering after few minutes until well done.

Steam your cubed carrot few seconds and add the capsicum few second's again and drain.

Mix the contments to the rice and serve still hot
