In a pan boil 1/2lit milk and simmer it...mix it untill thickened.. also boil another 1/2lit milk and cool down and chill it.. use it later...

Soak almond gum-2-3 pieces overnight and strain water and keep in fridge..

Now assembling tym.. In a glass first add two spoons of almond gum,nannari syrup, thickened milk, chilled milk and icecream... and layer goes on...

U can add sugar in thickened milk or chilled milk... i didn’t add bcoz nannari syrup s too sweet...so if u want u can add so..

Instead of thickened milk u can add sweet palkova also it will b delicious...

For jigarthanda icecream should b homemade to get the original taste but if u can’t make juz add vanilla icecream.. it will b equally gud.....

Homemade jigarthanda icecream: In a pan boil 2cups if milk allow it to boil.. then add cornflour -2tspn; vanilla Essence-1/2tspn mixed with water.. once thickened add palkova-100grms and mix it till thickened.. allow the mixture to cool down..add -1cup of fresh cream and whisk well... freeze it...
