  • 2-3baingan
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspblack salt
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the baingan into round shape.

  2. 2

    Haet oil in a wok add baingan fry till change in colour.

  3. 3

    Transfer in a bowl add spices and mix well.
