Steps

Heat oil and fry the fish well from both sides and keep aside

Add oil if needed and temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chillies

Add the masala paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

As the raw smell disappears add tomato puree and red chilli Powder
- 5
Saute till it get soft
- 6
Add fish and cover it till it become soft

Finally add sugar and garam masala powder
- 8
Serve it with rice
