Sardine fish cutlet
Steps

Boil the potatoes, peel and mash and set aside.

Debone the sardine and discard the oil which comes in the tin. Shred the sardines in a large bowl.

Add onion, green chillies and coriander leaves and all the powdered masala along with the lime juice.

Mix in the potatoes and mix well.

After the mixture is mix well form into small cutlets. Beat an egg. Coat the cutlets with the egg and then coat it with breadcrumb for a crispy crust.

Take some oil in a pan and fry the cutlets till it's brown and crispy.

Serve with green chutney, mayonnaise or tomato sauce.
