Steps

Mix sooji & yogurt. Make sure there are no lumps. Add water if it is too thick. Batter should not be too thick or too thin. Keep aside for 15 min.

Now add ginger & green chillies paste. Add salt. Add turmeric powder. Mix well.

Meanwhile keep your Dhokla Stand ready. Boil water. Grease Dhokla plates with oil.

Now in Sooji batter add eno and mix properly.

Immediately pour batter on plates. Steam for 15 min.

Take out from stand. Let it cool down for 3 to 4 min. Make pieces with knife.

Now take a kadhai. Pour oil and heat. Add rai and let it splutter.

Add white til. Curry leaves and green chillies. Now add dhokla pieces. Cook for 3 to 4 min.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy😊
