Steps

Combine flour, yeast and salt. Add water and mix well. Cover w plastic wrap and let rise 12-18 hours at room temp.

Place dough on floured surface and fold a couple times. Place seam side down on floured parchment paper on top of towel. Fold corners to cover dough. Let rise 2 hours.

Flip dough into pan. Cover and bake at 425 for 40 min. Uncover and bake 10-15 more min
