Ingredients

  2. 1/2 cupPaneer
  3. 2 tbspMilk powder
  4. 1/8 tspBaking soda
  5. 1 cupSugar
  6. as neededOil for fry

Cooking Instructions

    Roast oats for one minute and grind it to make smooth powder.
    Add paneer baking soda and milk powder in oats powder.

    Mix it well.if needed to add little milk to make it likechapti dough.
    Make small balla.

    Make chasni with sugar with water

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan fry the balls on slow heat

  5. 5

    Dip gulbjamun in sugar syrup till become soft

  6. 6

    Eat hot Gulabjamun
