Soak apricots over night in sufficient water.

Once it's soaked take off it's seed and separate it. Take off the nut in the dead and keep aside

In a non stick add sugar and seedless soaked apricots and all the water in which we have soaked the apricot cover and cook for 20 mins

After 20 mins take some of the cooked apricots and grind to fine paste m mix it again in the same pan cover cook for 15 mins. Add the nuts we got from the apricot mix well and switch off the flame

Khubaani ka meetha is ready. In the pic I have served it with Rabdi

You can serve it with vanilla ice cream or custard or just have it as it is.
