Always use red tomatoes for halwa... Avoid desi tamatoes

Wash tomatoes and boil it in cooker till 2wistel come

Now put boil tomatoes in mixer jaar and grind it properly

Heat ghee in pan put coconut powder and fry it fr2-3 mints now add grind tamatoes sugar powder and fry add some water if requir

Cook it fr 5-6mints... When it become thicker like halwa off the flame...

Tasty tomato halwa ready garnish it with coconut powder
