Take Rava in a bowl add curd salt and food colour (optional)

If u want colourful idle then only add food colour other wise skip it

Now add some water and mix it properly.. Give it rest for 20-25 mints

Now add eno powder and put some water on eno and mix it well

For spongy and soft idli don't give rest after mixing eno..quickly we hv to make idli

Grish idli stand wth drop of oil and put idle better in it

Heat 1glass water in cooker. And put idli stand in it

Remove wistel...and cook it for 12-15 mint

Ready spongy rava idli
