Ingredients

10 minutes
1 serving
  • 1 bowlroasted vermicelli
  • 1onion
  • 1potato
  • 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a heavy bottom wok add carom seeds and chopped onion and saute it

  2. 2

    Peel and cut the potato.

  3. 3

    Add in sauted onion, cook till soft the potato

  4. 4

    Add spices and roasted vermicelli and enough water.

  5. 5

    Cover and cook till absorve the water

  6. 6

    And soft the vermicelli.
