Steps

First Boil chana and potatoes in cooker wth 2glass water

Now take out chana and potatoes in plate...cool it and then remove peels of potatoes and cut it in pieces

Heat oil in Pan nicely add hing bey leaf and cumin seeds

After 2mint add chopped onion and fry till colour turn brown

Now add chopped tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and fry it for 2-3mints

Add boil chana and potatoes and mix salt and all spices

Fry it nicely fr 5-6mint

Now add chopped corriender leaves and again fry fr 2-3 mints

At last add water 1-2glass and cover it

Cook it on medium flame

When it cook properly and gravy turns thick....off the flame

Ready Gughani.. garnish it wth corriender leaves and serve it wth rice ar roti
