In a non stick pan, add oil and wait for a few seconds for it to heat up

Next add the garlic and onions and sauté over medium heat till onions are translucent and the garlic turns slightly brown. (The garlic should give out an aroma at this time)

Add the boiled veggies and sauté for another 2-3 minutes

An easy way to blend the eggs into the dish is to make a divide in the center of the pan first and gently push the veggies to one side.

Then add the whisked eggs slowly onto the other side and cook on Low heat

Next, stir the eggs to form a scrambled eggs like texture and then blend them well with the veggies

Lastly add the cooked rice,salt and mix well

Add soya sauce, spring onions and vinegar. Give all the ingredients a good mix and switch off the stove
