Marinated fish with tartare sauce

Cut fish into big cubes

Mix. milk, lemon juice, black pepper and add pinch of salt, mix well

Dip the pieces of fish into the mixer and give it time to rest i.e over night or 20min

Have t a plate of flour separately, a bowl with whisked eggs and a plate of breadcrumbs.

Coat the fish consecutively following procedures number 4

Heat the oven

Deep fry the fish into the hit oil then place it to the oven like 20 min
- 8
Ready to serve
