  1. 1 cupgrated dry coconut
  2. 12-15 clovesgarlic
  3. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  4. to tastesalt

    Grind garlic,chilli powder and salt together.

  2. 2

    Now add garlic and dry coconut. Grind into a coarse chutney.

  3. 3

    Dry garlic-coconut chutney is ready

  4. 4

    Dry garlic-coconut chutney can be served with batata wada. It can also be relished with bhakri. Chutney must be stored in an air tight container.
